1.) Your ISP
2.) Your IP Address (can be obtained at http://www.whatismyip.com/)
3.) If applicable, a url we can use to test ( please include username and password if required)

Thank you. It does appear that your site and our server IP may be blocked by the Firewall of China. Here are options that we can suggest to resolve this issue:

Server move - We can offer a one time move to another server at no charge, that currently isn't blocked, however there is always a possibility of the server becoming blocked again.

To copy the traceroute or any data from command prompt: Right click the blue area of the command prompt window> move cursor to edit> left click mark> hold shift key and then hold left mouse button and drag cursor over all of the text in the window until all is highlighted in white. Right click blue area of the command prompt window > move cursor to edit> left click copy.

1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type traceroute -I yourdomain.com and hit enter

Hello,

I have transferred your account ****** to our Leaves server. All the files were moved and your site suffered no downtime as a result.

Your critical account info with your new server details has also been resent to ******. Please upload any new files to Leaves from now on. If you are currently using tyler.lunarpages.com as your POP3/SMTP servers, change it to your domain name to prevent any issues with your email.

Your account will be deleted off the Tyler server in 72 hours.

For your domain to resolve off of the new server, you must change your DNS with your registrar to:

Name Server 1: NS5.LUNARBREEZE.COM
Name Server 2: NS6.LUNARBREEZE.COM

For domains registered with Lunarpages:

To manage your domain's DNS and settings, go to https://manage.opensrs.net/

Enter your domain name and the username and password you use to log into cPanel. You can edit your DNS settings, email information, and Nameservers there.
