境外廉价VPS供应商PR(pacificrack)官宣3月4日停止运营。

PR官方发布了停止运营公告，但是时间非常紧。3月2日发布停止运营公告，3月4日就关闭服务。
至于是跑路还是关闭，要看手续他们怎么处理退款事宜了。

PR是在前面“四大金刚”之后出现的，当时宣称是QN机房的子公司，负责运营VPS等业务。其业务员也是国人在负责。所以在套餐，支付上都与国人习惯相符。
因为PR宣传是由quadranet主办，QN在内地访问速度还可以，所以上车人很多，但是在后续的运营当中，提供的服务并不稳定，且多次出现删机不退款，所以在主机圈口碑迅速下跌，甚至比不上之前的跑路金刚NR(NerdRack.com). 口碑极其糟糕，应该说跑路是必然。
网友大胆预测下一家跑路可能是VIRMACH。因为VIR同样存在糟糕的售后历史(跑路不退款，发工单就关机)。

由于安德鲁把将PR支付接口改成自己的，2023审计查出QN没拿到钱，他不承认，所以PacificRack已关闭

以前只是换销售，这次是真的没了。另外如果使用Paypal付款尽快争议吧，看来QN是有点甩手的感觉。
